I bring more than two decades of executive leadership experience with full accountability for business performance, people and transformation across telecommunications and energy.

Today my work focuses on supporting senior leaders in complex business environments where clarity is difficult to access from within the organization — when priorities compete, perspectives diverge and pressure builds. It combines executive advisory and executive coaching, grounded in organizational psychology and NLP, to enable clearer thinking, alignment and direction in high-stakes decision contexts.

Rather than adding more information, the work creates distance — making visible what is often overlooked: misalignment, opportunities and direction.
